    actually the agreement has been set and signed...AQD dont want a board takeover or anything. This would mean Cliff is now the largest shareholder of AQD. We should see SP jump by tomorrow....no matter what, cliff wont be able to acquire anymore shares from AQD even if its 1% more, it wont happen.
