From AGM notes...John Murphy. There were many more examples however I used this one as in my opinion for what it's worth is relevant.

When was the last time BAL announced anything of any significance. Company updates are important to investors and create interest in a stock encouraging momentum. Shove it all in the AGM ann and not periodically announce progress doesn't sound like transparent communication to me. 
Slumdog is right they need to adapt and change their approach if they want to instill confidence with their shareholders.. A spade is a spade and as part owners of the company we need to acknowledge that.
