Hi 8Horse. Haven't seen you on that other thread (company) waiting for IF licence lately. In regard to your comment do you think there will be no overseas companies (from China) receiving IF licences this year, or do you think BAL is not in the next set of overseas IF licences to be granted? Also is there any information or signs that would back your prediction for BAL getting it's IF licence next year?
