Cleansing statement? Must be SpringTree taking us to the cleaners again. What was the purpose of the cap raising earlier if not to get rid of this dilution poison pill? As if the market not sinking its boot into HTX wasn't enough of a problem to start with. If they had any good news to release it re OvPlex sales they would have released it. Unless they are saving it for when management next need to sell their shares or need to convert their oppies. Actually, I do hope they need to do the latter soon.
