Mr Chi, after Yeo Inc has dealt with Lynas 6bq NORM you'd better get out your bucket & spade to help clean up all the often considerably higher incidences of NORM all across Malaysia, really not sure where you are going to send it all though.

Sounds like you are going to have to demolish a LOT of buildings, and no doubt tear up all the roads laid on amang base, read somewhere even a major sporting arena was built on same so that's certainly a goner.

"The amang plants involve the processing of tin tailings from primary tin-mining industries into concentrated tin ores and other economic mineral products such as monazite ([Ce, La, Y, Th]PO4), xenotime (YPO4), zircon (ZrSiO4), ilmenite (FeTiO3), rutile (TiO2), magnetite (Fe3O4) and pyrite (FeS2). Monazite is a cerium, yttrium, lanthanum, thorium phosphate which contains thorium from 2% to 14% and uranium from about 0.05% to 0.3% [12-14]."

Malaysia has been creating, and reusing, far, far higher levels of NORM from the tin industry for decades, spreading it all over the place, why exactly has Lynas 6bq "intrinsically safe" residue become such a major issue that you seek to destroy an internationally business that has the potential bring significant investment to your country.

BTW, you'd also better get cracking on shutting Petronas down, did you note the radiation levels in that oil sludge? Where do you think that goes?
