I fail to see What is wrong with returning the waste to where it came from.
I would doubt that would be seen as being a good corperate citizen to dump toxic waste in international waters. I doubt any shipping company would want anything to do with it.
I imagine Yeo will fast track permits for transporting. I would doubt there will be another increase to the amount of tempory storage.So waste will have to start moving off shore within a month or so...or production will have to stop.
