The only flaw in your statement @Hedg is that there were officials in the review committee and she didn't hear what they said. Why would she even consider listening to lawyers on behalf of AL? She is already on record as saying (my paraphrase) "don't think you can come into Malaysia as a foreigner and tell us how to run our country" and I'll add she could very well say "save your money on local lawyer fees for shipping waste out because I will and the government will too, not hear them either since listening is the act of wanting to hear and Lynas is not telling me what I want to hear".
