I like your optimistic approah, but as I read it "The company, however, must remove any waste from this country" means 1.5 Mt to be exported and Yeo will only assist with getting approvals for the export- not for using WLP in Malaysia. As a fall back position, surely all lyc has to do is export the waste out of Malaysian waters then dump it in the sea if it cannot find a buyer. Absolutely no need to return benign waste to Mt Weld.
