I see contract compliance as fully being met. I see the Minister's, hence the government's, requirement as not being met. I see Yeo's position as not chancing one iota. She wants Lynas "to honor it's promise" of 2012 and nothing less. I also see no hint of anyone or any cabinet member that is pro-Lynas having an effect on her decision. She is clearly ready for a test of her decision in the courts.
