I think they've done the accumulation and are possibly trying to get it to run...the tactic of closing it down a pip at the end of the day is so that they can open it 5 or 10% higher next day for the same price..todays vwap was .019c but down 5% on the close at .018c so open tomorrow at .019c will be up 10% already (or there about) for virtually no change...get it to .02c early on and were up 20% and off and running..
