I just phoned the number and asked the secretary about it. She confirmed that they were working on a case re ABS in their Perth Office. She offered to email me a package (about 30 pages) which arrived that evening. I emailed the guy running the case in Perth about the stated deadline of 30/9/08 and he replied that it had been extended. Just start by phoning the number on the website.
