Thought I'd reply to you as others have gone quiet here - Bitzer, Rizzla & Basil, where are you??

Class action is silly talk but I understand your need to vent your frustration somehow.

Delist? Not while management do what they have to do, which is drop exploration licences to preserve cash & focus on the only proven asset!

We've had:

American shale revolution
Saudi's maintaining output
Weaker world economy
Oil price tanks
Gas follows (US$7.60 spot into Japan July 2015)
Majors/mid tiers reduce capex/exploration costs - job losses & profit downgrades

All of above in last 12 months!

I'm not so sure CMT management is to blame.
