The important thing is to register before the 12th October, you can always supply the statements later. Personally I file all my Chess statements in chronological order so I just scanned the relevant ones to Piper Alderman although they don't have the purchase price. Even if you didn't actually hold shares during the period in question I would still register just in case the court case turns up some fraudulent activity and a separate class action can be bought against the directors.
