I have no idea how this one will be run and I have only been involved in one class action in the past and if you stay in you may be liable for a share of all legals in the event you loose? I opted out of a previous class action and I'm glad I did as it went on for years and costs accumulated to more then $1 million and that was back in the early 2000's and they kept asking for more to continue the case.
