I just received a letter from piper alderman stating that all shareholders of DML during these dates (23/12/2012 and 15/05/13) (with a few obvious exceptions.... directors etc) were a part of the shareholders action unless they filled out the enclosed opt out form. Not sure how many people would fill the opt out form in but suspect not many!
