Litigation funder LCA has given conditional approval to fund the class action on behalf of shareholders and yes, it has been decided to focus on those shareholders who rejected the offer from CFC in November 2012. While this action has a limited scope, be assured that if a second class action reveals itself which would provide redress for all shareholders we will be more than happy to investigate it for you.
