I see what you are saying but we tried this in the Kagara action and a people were sceptical if we were not open and honest about what I do and where I am from - so the best way to proceed is to show there is nothing to hide. The fact is we are investigating the matter and simply need to know there is support out there for a claim if one is found to exist. We are not saying there is a claim, just that we are looking at it.
