Its all Bollocks. The lawyer rang me ages ago and asked me if i would be willing to be the initial litigant, i agreed but he has never called me back or sent me the paperwork, even though he said he would, that was before Berlinbusiness thought he was doing it. He told me he wanted someone living in Australia to sign up.
It's not a good look when the guy that is handling it cant even keep his word on such a simple thing.

I reckon they have walked away from it.
