While the KZL class action is specifically designed for shareholders, I would be interested in talking to you about any potential claim brought by those who invested in related CFDs.

Admittedly, it is not the typical security pursued in class actions, but you have still suffered loss and it may be recoverable if you relied on KZLs ASX announcements when deciding to invest. Unfortunately I do not know enough about CFDs to state for sure but I see no immediate issue with the concept at law.
