Kiwi. We are not asking for a formal response from a broker or analyst but rather just an off the record discussion of the facts. The lawyers are not going spend hours of research checking everthying for no cost until they are reasonably confident that they have a winner.

This course of action may appear to be a waste of time but it is better to address these matters now. If we go to court we will have to get people to step up to validate our claims in any event.
