Might be worth trolling through some of the old broker reports and contacting some of the analysts. Unfortunately the Sham pulled them all down off the web page, but surely someone kept a copy?

The other person(s) worth contacting might be WR and the other Board Members that got ousted. They all had plent of shares left in the game before they got shafted.

You'd think the case would be strong when you consider that less than 12 months before tehy rolled over the board told us "Not to sell at the implied value ($6.47)" then sold us out for less than half.
