I have been invested in HDY when they were EYM back in November 2017 and had a large investment. I don't want to allow those that has caused this situation to get away scot free.
I have to pay a fine (Loss of my investment) so I want the ASX, ASIC or COURT to do the same to those involved.
We the shareholders are the ones that will be punished, yet those in the company and others will have no financial burden and most probably later on be in another company to do it all again (wash, rinse,repeat)
I will join up now, e in happy to pay towards a class action. Cheers Darren
