It only takes a few minutes to lodge ASIC complaint, but I think we need to expose this rotten company.

Honestly, after speaking with WW, it all looks like all existing investment will be wiped out. I even think that if anyone plans to invest more in hopes of recouping losses, this is all going to Bergen.

The only way we can prevent this happening is NOT to get Bergen recoup their losses. Maybe they too invest back into the shell, share the pain with us and hopefully if business comes back to feet, we all will get something back together.

But as the company is not disclosing any past and present disclosures on what happened with the deal and what plans they have, it will need an ASIC investigation to unearth everything out.
