Hi Zwu,it is positve as always and the fact that I'm in this case it still has a few more steps to go.In saying that,the article is correct it is a very small revision for M&K,and is giving Bingo bank the hebbi-jebbi's,and the fact on the BEN site Bodo123 gives it to them constantly.

I am personally confident,and I will constantly tell M&K,if this even fell over to go again,though at this stage that seems remote,It's cheaper and time is on our side--Iam even of the belief it could for 10 years.Now who is going to be more fiancially disadvantaged?,me or Bingo bank?.

So in summary,it is all good news for GTP litigation and it is a small battle in a big war.Iam of the belief we need to go after the ANZ too.
