    I my opinion, unless someone has had news from the ASX or ASIC regarding changing it to a vote by Special Resolution, we should get a court injunction immediately, to prevent the vote from going ahead until a proper investigation has been conducted into the matter and a formal reply made in relation to the De-listing vote conditions.
