i recieved one as well , however i dont think i qualify because i didnt make a loss. bought on 07feb03 and sold 28oct03.
why are they wasting my time sending me this if i dont qualify, not going to do anything , not opting in or out.
What i would like to know is how the stock went up so fast on no news, inside traders bought me out cheap.
