CK have done a bit of fossicking. The tax schemes are definately available to macadamias and sandalwood (all Indian to date). I've got a mate in Bundaberg who grows spuds and has been getting a lot of interest from private equity investors looking for the tax benefits of planting macadamias and hence being in primary production. Bundy is one of the few spots left to the south with reliable and affordable water. Might want to check the tax rulings out for each of the crops TIM has diversified into just to be sure. They're definately not in sandalwood and don't think macadamias either.
