the problem is no one will turn up when there is AGM time. they can re-elect directors with 250 million shares!

if all investors who lost money in this company VOTE and say NO to current directors there is no way they get elected next time.

So when you get your papers next time DONT be lazy and fill it! + have a copy of your vote. every vote counts.

this year they suppose to spend 800K on their IT part of business. whats the point of spending this much money when your business only returns 60K per calender.
