The below has been posted in an answer to one of my comments. I have numbered each line so I can answer each point the same.

I have not hijacked the chart thread to keep this going as some members were getting upset about the chart thread.

When a person asks questions I do like to answer them. I won't put the persons name but he will recognise his work.

    1. How are your eyes mate do they work ?? Take a look at the Videos, Its clear Glass ,

    2. Its crystal Clear glass.

    3. 70% of one part of the UV spectrum goes through the Glass,

    4. But that dosnt mean you cant see though it exactly the same as if it wanst there.

    5. Its clear Glass, Its clear glass.

    6. Clear View Glass. Thats what it is , clear glass.

    7. Use your eyes Mate , LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOK at the Glass its Clear Glass OK.

My answers to the statement above in matching point form.

    1. My eyes work just fine or I probably wouldn't be able to answer you would I. I have watched all the videos quite a few times and to the laymen it looks like and is clear glass. You can see through it.

    2. It is not crystal clear glass. It allows up to 70% of visible light through the glass and the film. Here is where the confusion is I think. If we took the window and glass apart into it's separate components yes the glass would be crystal clear. When a film is added to stop 90% of UV-IR light and allow 70% of visible light through it actually becomes 70% clear.

    3. This statement is incorrect and can not be found anywhere on the Clearvue website. 70% of visible light goes through the glass and films, it stops 90%of UV. If it let 70% of one part of the UV spectrum through it would only be stopping 20% of UV. Written facts are better than just looking.

    4. You can see through it but not as if it wasn't there. Once again it lets 70% of visible light through, so that actually means it is stopping 30% of visible light. Crystal clear would let 100% of visible light through. It Doesn't.

    5. I think this point was just a bit of an angry rant. Refer to the above.

    6. Well I suppose ClearVue sounds better than Nearly ClearVue doesn't it. It's a company name not a statement of the clarity of glass.

    7. This is the statement that made me get on here and write this. I have used my eyes and the information from those two items in my head are connected to my brain and I have disseminated from the written information and from looooooooooooooooooking at the glass in the photos and videos that it isn't crystal clear. The brochure is full of photos of standard double glazed windows. This however takes nothing away from the product, as you need photos for your brochure.

The above are the facts as I seeeeeeeeeeeeeeee them with my eyes that actually do work. I read the information supplied not just loooooooooooooooooook at videos and make assumptions.
