Backontrack pretty sure that you have to be on the registr before the record date so might pay to get in a few days early.I follow IPOs and when preference in IPOs is given to holders of a company that is floating a separate division people have missed out because they have left it to the last minute-shouldnt happen but brokers/registries make mistakes.Maybe call the registry concerned
