clarification of restructure proposal

I sent an email to EPR on Wed (am) 30 Sept as follows:-

"In relation to your announcement yesterday please clarify either by announcement on ASX or email to me the following queries arising from the proposal:-

1. As under the proposal the liabilities to BPT and Mitsui are dealt with and EPR is released therefrom, is EPR reinstated into Permit VIC P/46?
2. Is the Capital Raising (CR) to be conducted after BPT is allocated its 51% holding in EPR, ie. does it participate in the proposed $2 million CR?"
