Hi,

Does anyone have any knowledge of which corporate entity is the developing DomaComs investment opportunity at the Akuna at Cobram. (Formerly known as the Cobram Caravan and Camping Park ( Campbell Road) by the Moira Shire Council).

It seems that a Company Akuna Lifestyle Developements Pty Ltd ACN 602 075 892 was placed into Liquidation by the Victorian Supreme Court earlier this year and a statement of winding up was filed with ASIC by the Court appointed Liquidators of that Company on the 21st of June 2017.

I do not know if their is any connection between the Cobram development and Akuna lifestyle Developments Pty Ltd, other than they share some common Directors and the first word in their names. I do not cast any criticisms on the current operators but it would seem that in Doma Coms marketing material nowhere has the developer been identified by any ACN or ABN identifier. I would appreciate if anyone could provide any further information to clarify this.

The article in the Cobram Courier on the 2nd August 2017 quotes the current director announcing the Council "Green Light received in the previous week." It seems that the Akuna development applied for and was granted a new development approval for an old project that was first approved in 2010 and since been dormant.
