It does seem doubtful that WEC will ever receive A$1.1 billion however exchange rates have moved the goalposts. They list their expenditure at US$110 million and seek costs and damages in Tranche3 - this now having been appealed at Tranche2 by Bayan's subsidiary.
WEC are at the bids in stage for the sale of Mountainside in USA. The project is now 50% owned by them and a large drilling campaign was completed last year.
White Energy shares at 4c have a market cap of A$12.14 million. This looks derisory, however, the Singapore dispute is subject to appeal and Mountainside bid details have not been announced yet.
It does seem doubtful that WEC will ever receive A$1.1 billion...
