Whether they can collect any damages awarded is debatable, but I am putting my faith ( and money) in the Management, who are proven businessmen, who would be most unlikely to keep throwing good money after bad. Any sort of collect would see the share price go up by multiples.
And so far they have won all the legal arguments.
