You are also calculating wrong. The SP means absolutely nothing, it is all about the MC. CLA may be 20 times the SP of WFE but its MC is still only 5.6 times. WFE as around 400k in the bank and will need to raise very soon whereas CLA has around 4.2M so wont need to raise cash for at least 6-12 months. I am invested in CLA so maybe a little biased but they are a lot more advanced and deserve to have a lot higher MC. Bad drill results will only be a problem for WFE as CLA is about to release their maiden JORC meaning they already have enough data and good drill results to do this. On just what I have written here (only scratched the surface) WFE looks already expensive regardless of the SP.
