This data search seems a little silly really. We already know how cobalt deposits form, and where they are likely to. Geologists have been crunching this data for over a century. The truth is that it is a scarce element.

The only high grade cobalt is deep in the ocean, and by 2030, if they haven't succeeded in eliminating cobalt from batteries, that's where we'll be going.

Otherwise recycling and substitution of cobalt's other uses is what will happen.
