Aren't "westerners" part of the problem LOL
They come and essentially loot, pay middlemen Africans for getting the perks (corruption) and then the poor man doing the hard yards gets little to nothing
This is why I like what Brendan and the company are doing in Namibia, we can see school being built and funds going to disadvantaged locals as well as employing locals.
Believe it or not a lot of the Chinese that are established in the DRC employ their own chinese for work as well!
You cannot narrow the problem to just "africans" that's small minded thinking in my opinion
Anyway I think this discussion is probably running off course!
