Darkest before the dawn they say.

Seems to be playing on making it look like a big selldown is about to happen to actually create a big selldown for someone to load up cheaply would be my guess, before that scoping study comes out and the price jumps up.
All my own speculation of course but does look very orchestrated.

If I really wanted out, I wouldn't bloat the sell line to outweigh the next buy line, then sit there exposed, potentially scaring other nervous shareholders to take out my next best sell option before even selling anything. Looks to be tactics to get a hold of more shares to me.
