That's right, low cobalt prices.
Uneconomical prices slow down supply and the cycle repeats, only next time I'm guessing the demand on the way up will be greater due to the EV battery requirements and CLA will be more advanced along the road to production to capitalise IMO.
Just as the cure for high cobalt prices was high cobalt prices....
