Inaddition I would add that the Revised JORC Resource Report is prepared by JORCapproved external 3rd party specialists.
Being 3rd party dependent, while Brendan Borg CEO and CLA management mayhave been led to believe by the 3rd party that the report could be readyand therefore guide shareholders to expect it by end Dec 2018, the timingis not totally within CLA control.
Delays in release of JORC reports often occur for many reasons delays inpreparation by the 3rd party, requirements for more information by the 3rdparty, questions from the mining company to the 3rd party JORC approvedconsultants on the draft report etc etc. Its the 3rd parties reputation atstake in signing off on the JORC report so they have to be 110% correct),
I would therefore say that the revised JORC Resource Report is notseriously delayed if indeed it is delayed at all. I would ask the question tomanagement if it’s not out by the end of January. Good news often takestime.
As regards other questions - I would say the larger ultimatepotential buyers for CLA i.e the Glencore's of the world. There arequite a few that would be interested in an asset of Opuwa'a size, aregoing to be most interested in the Revised JORC Resource Report and theadditional exploration drilling of the targets identified from Sky TEM than waitingfor the revised Scoping Study and PFS. The large experienced cobalt players cantell from Revised JORC Resource Report the size, grades and depths of thedeposits and can estimated from their own experience whether this resourceis economic to mine and of interest to them.
Typically the big players whilst they may want to look at a CLA SS and PFS have their own in-house highly experiencedspecialists and will ultimately do their own metallurgy, pit and mine plans ScopingStudy PFS etc. I therefore do notbelieve the CLA revised Scoping Study and PFS is necessary prior to themexpressing interest and by signing an NDA with CLA they can get access to theoriginal CLA Opuwa Scoping Study.
If the Revised Opuawa JORC Resource Report does indeed as expected confirmthat Opuwa is the largest Cobalt deposit outside DRC and Cuba then IMHO we willbe 'in play'. Remember Cobalt is the new Oil and given the unhealthyconcentration of 65% of Cobalt in DRC + Cuba the second largest producer, then Opuwa is equivalent to the largest ‘oil field’ in the 'free world'
I would imagine we are already on the watch list of all the major cobalt /mining Companies 'players', as well as the government strategists ofmany of the major countries who monitor all the key strategic mineral resourcesin the world. IMHO Namibia and Opuwa is definitely on their map
Opuwa is big and a highly strategic mineral /Cobalt resource. These largecompanies are not looking at todays price of Cobalt but what they think theprice is going to be 5-10 -15 years time as the EV Battery Revolution increasinglytakes over from oil.
We have seen how prices have risen quite strongly over the last few days onrelatively small trading volumes as shares are increasingly being accumulatedand consolidated into stronger hands. IMHO hang on to your shares Think they will be worth a lot more than we suspect to the right buyers
