Yes, it certainly is old news. Just like it was with ELD until every insto started dumping the stock and it fell from 0.24 to 0.14 after the almost certain general meeting approval was received.
Wouldn't the present day price be a good incentive to sell the new stock when it starts trading?

Yes, I see your point about the banks. For instance NAB advanced post the SPP but that SPP was oversubscribed significantly. I only got about 35% of the $15,000 I applied for.
I do not have a position at the moment. The MACD is indicating a buy and the price is above the SMA but the 0.30 shares could change that.
