Yes, I would. CCL is now a 'portfolio quality' stock, and you are bound to make money long-term by buying at these levels. I have noticed that people in the industry whom I rate, have been building up their stake in CCL. My usual method, seeing that the market can do unpredictable things day-to-day, is to build a position in a way which allows for price falls, ie if you buy at $7.00 also be prepared to buy at $6.00 if that price becomes available again. (the same thing I said about Rinker, I added to my long-term 'ex-CSR' position in the $12's, being fully prepared to add at lower levels. It did not happen).
