history between KO and bottlers has always been tight tension. Atlanta using their power to improve their own accounts for reporting.
i guess this was one of many incidents that KO wanted S. Korea off their books and book a huge cash stake, all whilst having a controlling hand in the region via ccl.
Its always a win win for Atlanta.
Fascinating history and worth the read.
