Good spotting ric. NTA/share is an indicator but can vary widely from business to business. eg. Woolworths will have a low NTA compared to sp as it does not own its shops, it leases them from which it runs a very profitable business. It may have few ASSETS but has good earnings. The opposite would be a property trust with LOW DEBT (do you know one?). Its earnings come directly from its assets (rent). No asset no earnings. WTP has moved from a construction (low asset) business to include property assets. Some provide income, like a property trust, but most are developement sites that will provide either construction/sales income or rent in the future. A NTA of $1.50/share suggests that the construction/refirb arms are worth approx $1/share on earnings. Seems cheap to me.
