Good article Eric, in particular their purchase of Cloudlock which shows their commitment to cloud security.

They paid $293million for Cloudlock, who have sold into 700+ organisations with some some pretty names.

I am not as tech savvy as other posters on this thread, however it seems like a mass market low cost cloud security product, which does not provide anywhere near the level of security Covata does by securing the data itself.
