RBC tried the same thing on the TSX several times. They put up a wall at C$0.25 and the bids started to chew through their offer. They then tried to keep a lid on the price at C$0.36 and as soon as bids really started to stack they pulled their fake offer. Same deal at C$0.48. I am guessing someone at RBC is short and is trying to keep a lid on price. Over half a million shs were sold short.
