I've asked myself this question many times and I can't come up with a realistic reason why we'd fail. Phase 1b showed our product works better than the leading products on the market with just a 28 day trial, how could it not at least match those results in a 12 week trial? Will the patients become resistant to the drug? It seems highly unlikely but that's the best potential failure reason I could come up with.
