re: up tomorrow...??? Anyone aware of possible talks between SOO and HUG...?

I questioned one of the directors on this issue back when they were SES...and to say the least, I got a rather sheepish "no".

I am raising this again due to the mention of new "distribution channels" in recent announcements from SOO...I remember my initial discussions with the director were related to the obvious synergies between the two companies, the undervalued nature of HUG including their attractive cash position and of course, the attractiveness of their existing and well established distribution channels.

Could an acquisition be in the pipeline?

At one stage, I was actually of the mind to try and broker a deal between the two companies...but I got a fairly luke warm response from the HUG group, so left it at that.

Anyone with a view to this particular scenario?
