Rexsh my understanding from the company is that a resource definition would be within 2 months from date of the last announcement regarding holdfast results. Got that myself from the company. No definitive dates given, but within 2 months.
Not sure on BPT timeline though?
I think they (all parties) are doing all the calcs properly before announcing anything.
I see BPT threads are talking up a takeover, but I think this as a way off yet, as too many unknowns in the whole equation. In terms of the economics, I think they will pan out a lot lower than many suggest once the companies get a full understanding of what they have and how best to access it. Steep learning curve at first as this is a first shale find don't forget, but I suspect as more becomes known, understanding will increase and more options to lower costs will be available. In my opinion anyway...
Having said all that...I am still stymied by lack of interest in our sp.
Would like TMEs views, but it seems he went to play golf last week (according to a thread a while ago) and never came back. Must have been a very impressive 19th hole.
