    Absolutely     - they never give realistic timelines. Also they are basically dishonest on providing price sensitive information
    - They did not advise that a Ti off-take agreement "with the lawyers" actually fell through
    - They did not advise that Gresham, who we thought were handling our finance arrangements, had disappeared from the scenes.

    I just wonder how ASIC would look upon these omissions of price sensitive information, if they knew about them.
